The TxGAP Governing Board of Directors comprises elected and appointed individuals responsible for running the organization by adhering to the Bylaws and standards adopted by the organization. Board and most committee chair positions serve a term of three (3) years.

At TxGAP, our vision for the upcoming year is to anchor our strategic initiatives and overall direction around five core values: Service, Ambitious, Trust, Respect, and Cohesion. These values are not just guiding principles but are integral to the very fabric of our organization.
