Refund Policy:
Registration fees are refundable up until January 15th. Refund requests received after May 1st will not be eligible for a refund. This policy applies to all registrants, regardless of the reason for cancellation or withdrawal.
Exceptions:
In exceptional circumstances, such as documented medical emergencies or unforeseen extenuating circumstances, the organization may consider refund requests submitted after the May 1st deadline on a case-by-case basis. Such requests must be accompanied by relevant documentation and will be reviewed at the discretion of the management team.
How to Request a Refund:
To request a refund, please contact our board by email at info@txgap.org. Refund requests must be made by the registered participant or an authorized representative.
Processing Time:
Refund processing times may vary depending on the method of payment and the volume of requests. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for refunds to be processed.
